Hi, im new in the forum, i wanted to hear the experiences of another users about the temp of the mobo.
my mobo sits on 40c 42c at idle it can varydepending of my room temperature and when i play for few hours it can reach the 45c and the asus probe (my temperature monitor) has the alarm set at the 45c releasing the alarm.
i read somewhere many users having the same problem they related somethign about using the pcie 16x causing the temperature to rise.
by the way my case has
Asus P5E3 Deluxe MOBO
Qx9650 Procesor
Geforce 9800GTX GPU
one TV tunner on one PCI and 2 usb + fire wire on the other pci
120mm fan on front to input air
120mm fan on rear to output air
80mm one on the side to input air
my procesador cooler its the V1 from thermal take
are those temperatures ok or should i do something else? or somethign to consider?
45C seems to be way too low a temp for an alarm setting, but you didn't explain what program was used to measure each temp, what running conditions were (idle, PRIME95 stress test, etc), and what device's temp was being measured.
