Im looking at building this system for some gaming (Mainly Starcraft 2) if it ever comes out and some Photoshop work.
Also this is my first build and im looking for pointers and tips (mainly looking for conflicting issueswith hardware)
Im looking to do some overclocking and based on new egg it seems like the Rampage is popular and its a newer board. Im not to sure about the ram, should I be looking at ddr2 800 instead?
From what ive read both OCZ and Corsair are solid power supplies
For serious overclocking, stick with the 1066 memory. What cooler are you using for the processor?
I don't know much about ASUS boards, but I love Gigabyte personally. I would get a Gigabyte X38 or X48 if I were you. $300 is also way overkill for a motherboard IMHO.
Go for the Corsair PSU. It is quite a bit more reputable than the OCZ, and boasts SeaSonic internals.
Some changes, first off, the Antec 900 is a pretty bad case to work in. It is cramped. I would recommend the CM690 instead.
There is no point in going for an X48 board if you are using a Nvidia card. Go for a P35 board, or a newer P45 board when they come in (great boards, though there are a lot more overclocking options in the BIOS, which, although they claim are for people who are wanting to fine tweak their settings, might even be left alone by the most extreme overclockers).
The graphics card is a good choice, but try to get the GTS if it isn't much more, it runs cooler and is slightly faster, and more overclockable.
There isn't much reason to run RAID 0, it is barely faster than your standard single drive setup, and is just as likely to fail, but with more hassle to repair it. WD's new WD6400AAKS drive is the fastest 7200RPM, high capacity drive. Go for that instead.
It looks like you've got a pretty solid rig planned. The Corsair should be plenty of power for what you've got, and your case should help keep your card cool. There is a thread here where some one did a great job with cable management with the 900 case.

Call me a fanboy or whatever I don't care, but I've built 2 rigs with the 900 and I didn't have this cramping problem you speak of. My last rig has an EVGA 790i in it with plenty of space to work. There is also plenty of room for large coolers.
I've been using 8 gig of OCZ DDR2-800 ram overclocked to 1000 and it has been stable up to a CPU speed of 4100mhz. Most of the 1000 and 1066 ram is just factory overclocked 800 ram anyway, so you can save some dollars by getting the 800 ram and overclocking it yourself. This is with a X48 Formula Rampage board. I like the Rampage a lot better than the previous Nvidia board that I had.
I like the Antec 900 case overall, but the placement of the PSU at the bottom can be troubling, as the wires for some PSUs aren't long enough. I use a TT Toughpower 850wt and one wire is just barely long enough to reach across the board. I don't think its any more cramped than some other cases I've worked with, and I do like how the hard drive cages come the front instead of having to remove the video and sound cards when removing a cage.

From everything I've heard that's a good heatsink for the money. There are better ones, but they run $50-$70 are are mainly used in the heavy overclocking arena.
