How do i get restrictions off my computer

how do i get restrictions off it is saying when i open my documents it sead that im restriction an call my system administrator how do i fix this

Are you Administrator on your system? If so you shouldn't have these problems, or should be able to remove them fairly easily. The details depend upon what you did to impose the restriction.

If you're not the Administrator then ask whoever is to remove the restrictions. They may have had a good reason to impose them.
