im still new to overclocking and i can not find any thing on overclocking my t6400. so i was hoping someone would know how to help me. will "pernyn" make a diffrence?

Since a t6400 is a mobile cpu I'm guessing you have a laptop. It's best not to overclock a laptop unless you want the thing to melt down. I don't even recall ever seeing overclocking options in a laptop bios.

it is a 2.53 and i was wanting to OC it to at least a 3
