So my current power ( 305W ) came with the Dell Optiplex 740, heres a link http://refurbishpcmall.com/Power%20Supply_c266/delll305p01_p2483/

And now I need to know Is this a normal size PSU? So I could change it to any ATX PSU?
Also do you guys have any recommendations for a PSU for the following setup?

Dell Optiplex 740 Minitower mobo
Dell OTT708 motherboard
Amd Phenom 9950 Black Edition 2,6Ghz boxed Processor ( getting ASAP, current CPU is Amd 64 x2 5200+ )
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB Harddrive
Nanya AFB 2x1GB 240p PC2-5300 CL5 16c 64x8 DDR2-667 DIMM T007 memory ( soon getting another 2x1 )
Any ( Propably Sapphires ) Radeon HD 4870

Have you checked to see if your board is capable of the cpu upgrade ?
The board comes with either a 4mb NVram chip or 8 mb ( which is what you'll need to have), you can tell the difference by the word "enhanced" appearing in the bios splash screen.

Now on to the video card, due to the borked BTX form factor dual slot cards will not fit without modifying the case.
You would need to create an extra expansion slot ( above the upper most existing slot ) and remove a good portion of the bottom of the heat sink .

It's a standard ATX psu , he can get one anywhere, the days of PCP&C being the only game in town have been over for 6 or more years.
