I need a hand. My external just died at work.. so I get to get a new one, and I get to pick it :bounce:
but... I don't know what to pick. I would like ya'll opinion please. Right now I'm using the old one via usb. I need the new one to work via network with USB port(just in case we get hit by lightning....again,) I need a min of 500 but I'm hoping for a 1TB. It must work with MAC. I'm running OSX 10.4.
I would love it if it could be accessed via web for when I have to work from home. I do NOT want another LaCie.. those things have been evil..
So... suggestions?

Thanks Guys

we've got 2 D-Links DSS-8+ in the office already, those weren't damaged by the storm. We believe the Network connection on the LaCie was though.
The idiot who hooked up our office has all of the computers networked though my office. (I'm the furthest back and the furthest away from the hub... smart huh >:|
but like I said... I just really need suggestions on brands.. what's good, what's bad(other than LaCie, know that one from experience)
