Windows may not have assigned a drive letter to it, even though it did so on previous occasions. If that is all that's wrong you can assign one manually:
Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management
In the bottom-right panel, find the bar which relates to that drive (it may say "Raw" and have no drive letter).
Right-click that bar and choose "Change Drive Letter and Paths"
Click "Add"
Choose a letter
Click 'ok'
If that is not the problem, test the drive with "SeaTools for Windows": http://www.seagate.com/support/downloads/seatools/
