1) Drop the 3870 and go with an 8800GT which smacks it around. I have a 3870, its a fine card, but the G92 8800GT 512s are better.

2) Change the power supply to the Corsair 550VX. $74 after MIR at the egg and a better unit than the Antec.

^ Agreed.

Go with the Corsair 650TX instead of the lower tier Antec and get the MSI 8800 GTS 512MB for $20 more.

Thanks for the input. I'm thinking about getting that corsiar ps. I've come to realize that a 8800 GTS would be overkill for what I would be doing. What would you guys suggest for a card around $130?

Yeah that card looks pretty good. I'm gonna do a little bit more research on the 8800 GT series, but that will probally be the one I buy.

If you're reffering to wether the 8800GT will be able to play Blu-Ray content at the given resolution, yeah it will easily.

The 8800GT is a great card mate.
