You have an onboard video chip (designated S3 video driver on the link I provided). If you have never installed a graphics card, best idea would be to open the case up and look on the MB for the presence of a PCIE express expansion slot.

ebay might be an option for you. you don't wanna spend very much, and you may be able to find a fairly capable card used for around $30 if you're lucky.

Here's the latest graphic card update from Toms, still has a section on AGP cards. Also on the last page is a hierarchy chart showing relative power of the graphic cards in a tier system. Just because a card costs more doesn't mean it's better

Seems to be better choices at www.tigerdirect.com for AGP cards. Here's one, it's probably better to shop around at E-bay for a better deal. This one is $60 so it's over your budget.
