Lol, so you'd probably need a PC running cold fusion power to stablely run it, but there you go; 2100$ later, you can play Crysis on a 22"-24" display Lol :)

ed: it also looks like at Very High quality, that something other than GPU is holding it back; because 1280*1024 16QAA is averaging the same fps as 1600*1200 16QAA, might be vsync enabled in drivers

$2100 to play a $50 game. For a while.

I agree, its quite a feat, and I would't pass it up if someone gave me the cash to do so, but dang...talk about short term investment.

It would be nice if Crysis would scale as well as COD4 does. Most people can play at very reasonable framerates and resolutions no matter what their hardware is...they might not see all the cool effects, but they aren't watching a 3-4fps slideshow while fragging, either.

Didn't you hear? The makers of Mr. Fusion personal garbage energy generator for powering Flux Capictor enabled Deloreans have made an efficient PSU for PC's by running completely on Mt. Dew, Bawls, beef jerky and Skittles.

yea, I mean like the way I see it is 2100$ for 1 game is definitely not worth it, i've already played through crysis like 4 times including twice now on delta :p

Its still cool to see something finally wallop it I guess, but I won't run out to buy it either

I agree.

You can play Crysis 1280x720 2xAA everything on high, with a 8800gts512....

the next big game that will need even more gpu hasnt even been pre-pre-announced. AFAIK

$2000 is probably better spent on an apartment to move out of your parents basement :)
