EDIT:
Seems like newegg dropped their prices on many of their nVidia cards as well. Didn't take them long to try and react to the 4850

I have a Evga 8800 gts 320...do you think it would be a good idea to get two of these and SLI them or save money for the 280?

General consensus seems to be that the 280 is not worth the money. Wait a few weeks and once the ATI 4870 comes out (July 8th apparently) you very well may see the 280 drop significantly in price. Then you can check the benchmarks that compare the cards and see for yourself which performs better.

Makes sense. I am in no hurry so I will wait and see what ATI has to offer and watch prices lower.
