Hi, i've got a new acer laptop. Just installed a DVD ripper application from the internet since i put it on my DVD drive won't read anything...is this coincidence? Its listed in the Device Manager bit of the control panel. Tried music cd's, films, cd's of jpeg images...it won't read anything...please help!!!
