You probably need better airflow inside your case. There's not much we can figure out without detailed photos of the inside of your case.

It could be a reporting error. Place your hand close to the memory and see if its really that hot. If you don't feel that much heat then try touching the memory. Be careful not to burn yourself!

I place my hand on the memory and it is realy hot, you can't hold the finger for long time on them specialy wheen you play games. About the air flow, I have two fans 92mm on the front of the case wich discharging the air inside the case and one on the back 120mm + the fan of power supply wich sucking from the case. The case is ANTEC NSK6000.

Fans blowing air into the case are not very helpful, so disconnect or remove those. Add a second 120mm exhaust fan to the upper back or rear top of the case -- you need two major exhaust fans aside from the PS fan.

OK, I will try to do that or I'm gone to remove those fans 92mm from the front wich blowing air into the case, I will disconect the exhaust fan 120mm from the back and I will cut the case to install the ANTEC BIG BOY 200mm to blow air direct on moatherboard. I hope this to be better.

No, do NOT add an Antec Big Boy or any more fans blowing IN. Add only fans blowing OUT. Instead of cutting the case, you can always exchange current exhaust fans for more powerful ones.

I agree with you but the moatherboard is Asus Maximus Extreme and I didn't use the water cooling so the chipset temp are between 60-65 degree and some time rich 70. That is the reason to cutt the case to install that Antec Big Boy to blow the air on moatherboard and remove the other 3 fans. I hope to be ok.

No, first you need to fix the lack of enough exhaust from your case. That may fix your chipset temps as well.
If not, that is a reason to add additional small (30mm?) fans blowing directly onto the northbridge, southbridge, and whatever else you think is too hot. Any fan you install to blow air INTO the case will just make your problems worse.

Your are right, but I will try to see what is the result.

Problem solved. The Big Boy 200 solved the problem. I removed the two fans 92mm from the front and I add one more 120mm for exhaust, so there are two fans 120mm for exhaust. Also I installed the fan Big Boy 200mm to blow the air into the case direct on moatherboard and I get the nice temperature after instalation of one more memory dual chanel kit 2x1024 and the temperature of the memory are the 50-65 degree and the south and north bridge is better than before. The Big Boy is too silent on low speed, so I recomand to evryone. Thanks guys.
