As far as i know physx has no support for 64 bit os unless nvidia came out with something for vista 64bit?.

it will work for any OS. if the card supports it.

Meh, UT3 is the only major title supporting it, all other games, like Crysis...etc, use their own generic physics engine that runs off cpu instead of graphics card.
