This was my latest project idea: try to make a liquid cooling system for less than $100. So far I found a pump for $25.
Anyone have any ideas for a cheap CPU block and a radiator? I was thinking on fabricating those myself, but have no idea on what their anatomy is like, any pointers?

I'll make sure to post the pics of the system ready when I finish it.

Used CPU block, heater core for the radiator.

^+1. Or make your own CPU block using some JB Weld, Aceltl/Acrylic 1/2", and a 1/2 lb copper ingot/copper bar.

I'll post pics of my DIY WC block soon.

Very nice idea building the casing in acrylic. Think I'll use that with the copper base.
