I found two shops that carry it, the lowest price is HK$2390 / US$306. Memory is listed as GDDR5. It's a dual slot card.

Personally I'll delay my purchase until some benchmarks are out, or even wait for versions with advanced coolers.

American technology that the rest of the world gets first.....I alwyas have loved that. But I guess they can test it and get the bugs worked out in the drivers for us.

As for the price, Its a little high for that card. I expect it to be around $299 maybe a bit lower with some companies (Mora than likely Sapphire first) coming out with a 1GB version for about $350.

Thats what I am waiting for. The 1GB cuz, and turst me on this, it helps. I notice I get better FPS in most games like Crysis and COD4 with my 2900Pro 1GB than most reviews do with the 512MB version 2900Pro.

Hmmm, and here I thought that ATI was based out of Markham Ontario, CANADA, Oh that's right they are. (yes I do know that AMD owns them now but their graphics division (read ATI) is still based in Canada).

Actually the funniest thing is that ATI was originally an American company that moved their main business to Canada since it was cheaper to be there than here. Either way most PC technology is normally created here first so :p

LMAO..... hehe that made me laugh.
