Well,I'm afraid my NB is getting too hot,so if you guys could get a suggestion on how to cool it(besides getting a new case,lol) such as reducing functions in the BIOS or,perhaps if the integrated graphics core isn't shutting down,and perhaps if I flashed the BIOS to the newest version?

My motherboard is a Biostar GF7050M7 motherboard,version 6.1.

Easiest cooling method is to slap a fan on top. Looks like a 60mm will fit that.

next, like swfity suggested, go with aftermarket NB cooling.
