I was reading in the 790gx review that it is recommened to have 1066 memory. Why is that? I thought the two were relativly the same?

well 1066 is 266MHz faster but it has higher latencies.
800 is fine and in fact very good but 1066 is just better.

Phenom performs better with 1066 ram.
