Hey Guys i have a 8800gtx 768 ram i am thinkig about upgrading again and was wondering if i should add another 8800gtx which im not sure if they make plus i need a new mobo for that or buy a 9800gtx2 or the new 280 or something else what card is king right now? I also want to be able to play blue ray flawless. can you guys recommend anything? thank you

I recommend you wait for the ati 4870, and see what it has to offer, its benchmarks should be out soon.

The problem is a single 4870 won't be anywhere near the performance of 2 8800gtx. The point of getting another old g80 card, which, despite decent performance, is 2 generations old, is so that the old card isn't wasted.

 

And even if money isn't an issue, you can't cf 2 4870 on sli motherboard. So the motherboard has to be replaced too, in addition to the old card, if you want better performance than 2x8800gtx.
