RealTemp v. CPUz

I had noticed that RealTemp was showing my i7 running around 3.6. I know that my current settings are for 3.8, and I have speedstep off. I assume CPUz is what I should be trusting here, but does anyone know why there is a difference?

Edit: just noticed that that is pretty hard to see...Realtemp is showing ~3.6 and CPUz is pinned at 3.8

Well, they both show 190mhz fsb with a 20x multiplier, so 20x190=3800
Looks to me like realtemp is doing its multiplication wrong, no idea why haha
