Replaced the Hard drive and it wont boot up

You need to make sure the correct interface (SATA or IDE) is enabled in the BIOS.

If you're using a SATA drive, you need XP SP2 or SP3.

You need to set the CD/DVD drive as the first boot device, and boot off the XP disc.
