Resolution and texts

Hello,
i have 19" hp moniotor iave set it with 1280x1024 resolutions but all texts spreads i want it clear and sharp when i open emais all rectanglor displays wirh centre black lines and all email check boxes disappears sovve pl

Right-click on the desktop, select properties, go the Appearance tab, push the Effects button, go to the second box, and select Clear Type.
