How do you reset easynote laptop back to day one

Hi I want to reset my easynote laptop back to factory settings can any one help Fredo

Did computer come with any disks?
You can try start menu,programs,accessories,system tools,system restore.
Look for a restore point close to your purchase date.

no it did not come with a restore disk I have tryed going back to a resore point but it wont let me go back that far

Look in start/programs for a program (usually your manufacturer) that will let you make a factory restore cd. If you have a packard bell, then there should be an option there somewhere.
