Intel DG965RY system always open in maintainaince mode

hi,

i have Intel DG965RY. when i switch on the computer.
it always open in the - maintainaince mode(set up), on the page where clear password option comes

when i load optimum defaults and f10 exit. it says "put jumper on normal position and restart computer"

My pc is already on jumper "1-2"

i also checked my cmos battery and replace it with new one also.

same problem exists.

can anyone help, my exams are near, i have to study on that.
