I wasn't sure if this question falls under Motherboard or Memory so I'll put it out here. I made the mistake of not researching my mobo/memory very well and now I have 8GB of RAM and my MSI P31 Neo can only use 4GB. Since the board was 1/4 the price of the memory I'm hoping to find a board that is compatible with my RAM. I have two 2GB sticks of Crucial BL25664AA804 and two 2GB sticks of Crucial BL25664AR804. Both sets are DDR2 800MHz 4-4-4-12 2.2V.
Does anyone know of a board that can support this RAM? It needs to have LGA 775 and PCI Express 16X slot and support a Quad Q6600.
Exactly - Pretty much any new board will handle that memory and processor, no problem.
------------------------------Which Chip? Well, it depends on which set of thieving b@stardz you choose to support: The ones who use insider trading to enrich themselves while running their company into the ground? Or the ones who illegally pay vendors to not support the first group?
