im building a new system and im wondering what whould be the best video card for performance to price

9800gtx $219

gtx 260 $649

gtx 280 ssc $689

or would it be best for 2 or 3 9800gtx's

thanks for any help

ps i am going to get a 780i asus or evga motherboard

since you mentioned performance to price... ATI's 4870 is a very strong contender.... and those GTXs occupy the bottom spot.

9800GTX should be 200.

GTX 260 should be 400 when it releases.

GTX 280 is 649.

Look at ATI's 4870 or CF 4850.

i live in canada and the sites that i buy my parts from(a-power and ncix) and those are the prices that they have and this is just personal prefrance but i am not a big fan of ati lol im a bit closed minded
