File Locations

Okay, so when I move files to a new location, I will sometimes run into a pop-up window that says I need permission from the administrator and to either try again or cancel. I am the administrator, and my account is the only one on the computer! What is going on?

If you must access a file or a folder that you do not have rights to, you must take ownership of that file or folder. When you do this, you replace the security permissions that were originally created for the file or folder.
