I7 920 overclocking

i recently pushed my i7 upto 3.6 ghz
it is on stock and my temps are 45-50 degrees idle 75 load
is this healthy for the cpu should i set it at 3.2/3.4

and recommendations for a new heatsink ?

that looks pretty big i dont think it could fit beside a gtx 285

What are you getting those temps from? What are you running to get the Load temps?

Run OCCT 3.0.1 using Custom, large data set, high priority, and check "run hyperthreading as dual core. Run this for an hour and see if it passes and what temps you get at idle and max load.
