EVGA 750i SLI FTW Overclocking help...

im running the following:
-evga 750i sli ftw
-two nvidia geforce 9800 gt (1098mb each) in sli mode through pci expressx16
-4gb ocz ddr2 ram
-intel core 2 quad processor @2.4 ghz

...ive never overclocked, but i was wondering if anybody could shoot me some bios settings to overclock/tweak my setup... any and all help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

I'm assuming you have the Q6600 and am reading your motherboard manual.

In your BIOS screen, Frequency Voltage Control / FSB memory config /

1. FSB memory clock mode should be UNLINKED

2. Try to set FSB QDR to 1333.


Save and hopefully when Windows boots you're running at 3.0 GHz.

If not, you may have to go back to BIOS System Voltages and bump up the CPU Core and CPU FSB.

Hello, i 've just buy this mobo evga 750 SLI FTW , i want to OC my old prescot 3.0Ghz....
How can i do that? whitch parameter?
What sort of Fan/rad and memory you have???
