This problem occurred just over 2weeks and I was told get a new graphics card, I just got a brand new 4850 and have the exact same problem.

I was running prime95 overnight and woke up with my comp shutdown and when I turn it on I'll get "No video Input" float around the screen and it'll restart every 10-20seconds. It posts and all the leds on mobo light up. I tried with a different monitor and get the exact same problem. I have replugged basically everything on the mobo as some suggested with no luck.

Everything is pretty damn new, no more than 3weeks old. Any help on the situation greatly appreciated.

Remove Nvidia Force Drivers since you are upgrading to 4850. Install latest ATI drivers and install hotfixes too. Update OS and install all drivers, sound, chipset, etc.

I think you misread the problem. When I turn on I get "No Video Input" float around screen. I had this problem with my 8600gt so someone told me to buy a new card which is the 4850 and does the exact same thing. I can't install new drivers since it wont even start up.

First, I would go after whoever told you to buy a new video card and punch them squarely in the mouth. They are an idiot and deserve it. Then spend some time yourself thinking about why you follow such ignorant advice.

Now that you are feeling better, try this.....start with only 1 stick of memory.
If you can get it to boot, go into the bios and make sure the memory is set to the correct voltage and speed. You may have to up the voltage slightly, or lower the timings to get it working right especially if you are running 4 sticks. Anyway, give this a shot first and see what happens.
If this does not get you started, or help, it could very well be that you have malfunctioning PSU.
