If possible could some of you recommend me a motherboard that is good as these two (or even better) but somwhere in the same price range but with crossfire cuz I'd like to mount two of these GPU's on it: http://www.gecube.com/products-det [...] d_id=69097
First of all what cpu are u going for: AMD or Intel? I hope u are aware that the the motherboards u listed, one is AMD and the other is Intel.
Also, Unfortunatly the motherboards u listed are both Nvidia Chipsets and u cannot use Crossfire mode on Nvidia Chipset. Therefore u have to select an ATI Chipset Motherboard.
if u decide to go for SLI mode, i would recomend that u go for the M2N32-SLi OR CROSSHAIR instead of the M2N-Sli. The Asus M2N32-Sli and CROSSHAIR allows u to run SLi mode with Both video card running at x16 each while the M2N-sli allows u to run the SLI mode at x8 each.
Thanks for the tip!! these are the kind of tips i need altough i found another good motherboard but with support of ATI could you or someone else advice me on this one too =)?? http://www.asus.com/products.aspx? [...] odelmenu=1
Well personally, I would not go with that board because it's not full Cross Fire. It's 16x and 4x or 1x which means that you wont. get the full potential out of your cards.
Am looking for a motherboard in price range: 100-140$ and am hoping for an ASUS MB possibly INTEL.... I know that the other one is SLI If I went SLI I would naturally went and buy a Geforce 9600 or something like that. Also is it possible I could get a sweet deal on any of those MB's with 16x 16x with the price range listed? Thanks for your answers ^^. Oh here's where am buying my GeCube HD 3870 X-TURBO, much of this language you wouldn't understand but am sure you can read the specifcations on the card http://www.adm.hr/product_info.php [...] ts_id=5209
