First of all, I am very new to the topic of networking and especially wireless networking, so please bare with me. My question is simple, if I get a wireless router will I need a wireless adapter to make my three desktop computers (2 in one room, the third in another) all have wireless LAN? Also, I've heard about wireless bridges and wireless access points, do these have anything to do with what I am asking? Thank you very much for your help!

Most wifi routers are also wired routers too. wifi PCI cards are cheap (less than $20 shipped). wire the 2 and wireless the 3rd if thats convenient for you.
