Slow wireless connection

Hi everybody
My Wireless internet speed is slow. I know the computer does not have the any virus or anything because I restored it to factory default settings. My connection speed says "VERY GOOD" and says 216MBPS but when I access the webpages it is extremely slow. Does anybody any Idea why I am having this problem or how can I fix it. Any help will be appreciated.
The connection was fine before I restored the computer. Its a hp laptop. I am using a netgear wireless card and router to connect.

Uninstall the wireless card in the Computer Management Panel.
Then let windows re-install the device.

Have you tried a newer or older driver for the wireless card.
Some drivers just work better in some situations.

I did that it didn't solve the problem. The problem is that the speed is not consistent like sometimes it will work fine then suddenly it will slow down.

Try looking at the processes tab of the Task Manager to see if a process is
hogging the CPU during the slowdowns.
