Overclocking Athlon X2 5000+ Retail

i have Athlon X2 5000 Retail Edition, 2 GB Kingston DDR2 800 and MSI K982GM-F V2 mobo with stock power supply 600w, how do i overclock it? it has only a stock 2.6 ghz speed. What are the settings that i need to change in order for it to run stable. Need help guys. . .tnx a lot!

put DDR memory to 667 mhz
put HT to 800 or 4x multiplier
overclock FBS 25%
