How can I increase the ram in my vista 32-bit OS from 1 GB to 4 GB?

You have to figure out what kind of RAM your computer uses, then go out and buy more RAM of that type, and install it. Plenty of stores these days will do all of that for you, for a fee of course.

Yeah just pick out the right ram but you're probably be limited to 3.5 GB because it's a 32 bit OS. You should upgrade to a 64 bit OS.
