My old Motherboard (Gigabyte GA-K8N51GMF-9) has expired. Need a new system to host my RocketRaid 2320 and its 8 drives. So far an XFX 750a SLi MB and a Gigabyte GA-G$!M-ES2l have proved not compatible. None of the listed MB on Highpoints site are shipping today. Highpoint support is not helpful. Anyone know of a shipping motherboard that the RocketRaid 2320 will work in?

Highpoint support pretty much sucks, and do not go beyon the supported list on their site, (been there:(, if the MB/HDD/SDD is on the list you are ok, otherwise it's lottery and they are not willing to do anything about it. check the list the Asus Z8NA-D6C is available at newegg , and is supported by highpoint

Thanks, I missed that one. I went back and check all of the item on their list again against NewEgg. This one at $249 and Supermicro at $449. The other dozen or so are no longer available at NewEgg. How does HighPoint stay in business?

Sounds about right. My card has worked will for almost 4 years. Raid 5 recover works as I have lost two Seagate drives during that time. (By the way Seagates 5 yr warantee process is easy and simple to use). In my old system it was very low maintenance. By checking some other vendors I got line on an Intel d975xbx which Newegg has discontinued. Found one for $95.00.
