Help overclocking a q8200

i need some help over clocking a q8200 to 3.0 i have it stable at 2.8 but wont go any more need some info on what to set to what please.

AFAIK, the Q8200 is a particularly hard CPU To OC, as it has a max multiplier of 7 (like you said). Aside from that, it requires lots of juice. So make sure you're using a good PSU. What's your power supply? People have recommended 650W PSUs from "quality" brands like CORSAIR for OCing the Q8200.
