I want to get a decent motherboard with basic overclocking abilities for roughly around 60 dollars. I plan on using it with a Intel e7200. any suggestions?

The thing is that you want to overclock, that's why I suggested those boards. The ones you linked are P43 which I'm not familiar with.

^+1 for the P35-DS3L. I don't trust MSI/BIOSTAR as I had their boards die on me.
