Visit the motherboard manufacturer's website, find the "download" or "support" tab or page, and select it. Use the guide on the site to locate the download section your motherboard's exact model number. That page should show the drivers, software, and BIOSes available for you board. Select the latest BIOS available. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for flashing your BIOS.
