Looking for DVD/CD ROM drivers for windows 7 Home Premium

My device manager indicates a problem with my CD-ROM drive. It indicates by a small yellow triangle with black stroke in the mid. When i open my computer ido not the icon for CD rom, meaning its either delited by virus.

  1. You do not need a driver for a cd-rom. Windows installs that automatically.

    However if your cd-rom is old (obviously it is, who still uses a cd-rom?), then it may not be compatible with Windows 7, therefore it cannot load the driver.

    You can buy a DVD-RW (burner) for about $15-20.
