How can upgrade my BIOS

Hm, first you need to know the bios upgrade basics! You know them already?
Go to your motherboard manufacturer site, search the correspondent model, and them follow instructions. Oh and you will need to have a floppy drive and a floppy disk for it. Them in the middle of the process of upgrading the bios you cant turn off your machine with the risk of loosing the motherboard.
By the way, why are you going to upgrade that bios?
