Yahoo firewall settings

I am trying to download Yahoo messenger 10 . Every time I dobleclick on icon to install it says to check firewall. I have turned the Windows fire wall of but it still does'nt load.
Any suggestions?

Do you have an anti virus that has a built in firewall? Or a stand alone firewall?

Malware can also cause this. Try running through the malware guide in my signature.
