Help me to delete a shutdown virus!!!(not fake virus)

Every time I go to shut down I get this message ( weegouy.exe ) I also cannot use Google Chrome even if I delete and reload it.

AVGFREE, it's free, and run it. The weegouy.exe sounds like a virus program but I can't find any references for it in a Search. Just make sure you close any opened programs like internet etc, before you shut down, it might be a program that is in use by another that is still opened.
