Yes it's a good combination. But have you considered the 4870 instead of the gtx260 ? They are almost same price and the 4870 beats the 260 hands down.

4870 has more shader power and costs less, that's +2!!!

I wouldn't call that a hands down beating, it's almost a tie in my book, so I'd suggest going whit wichever is cheaper, and more often than not that would be the HD4870

So, +1 for the 4870 and -1 for the fanboys

I would suggest the 4870 as well. Also the OCing of the 4870 seems to be insane. They are going to release a 4870 OC that should hit 950MHz for the GPU (750MHz stock) and 4.8GHz for the memory (3.6GHz is the stock).
