Dell inspiron 1545 display adapter driver ext

I'm having a few problems with a dell Inspiron 1545 that was resently restored to the factory image I'm missing the Standard VGA Graphics Adapter, Network Controller, and Video Controller i tried installing them from the Dell cd provided but they will not install i just keep getting an error message or it just wont install need help

when i look at the properties in the device status it says

(This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available. ) is my graphics card malfunctioning?
