yes i'm new to overclocking and would like to try to overclock my 64 x2 3800 from 2.0 to 2.2 or overclock it in general to something faster, but i don't exactly know what to change in bios. here are my system specs

athlon 64 x2 3800 2.0ghz
biostar geforce 6100
2gb kingston kvr400
evga gts 250 1gb

please in detail would someone tell me how to do this if possible thank you very much.
