Black Ice Extreme III WATER COOLING HELP!

Thread Title says it all

i am planning on building a new computer and i want some descent water cooling
i don't really feel like using one of those prebuilt water cooling setups cus they are
about as satisfying as attaching an Aircooler.

The radiator that i am thinking about using is the Black Ice Extreme III (3x12CM Radiator by Danger Den)
and the case that i am thinking about using is the Cooler Master RC-932 HAF
it has a 23CM fan on the side panel the front panel infront of the HDD's aswell as a 23CM on the top
if the 23CM fan at the top is removed i believe there are 3 x 12CM fan slots at the top.

my question is, does anybody own a HAF case and can they confirm the 3x12CM fan slots and
does anybody know if the radiator would fit in the case. Does anybody know of any good ideas for
the other required parts.

What is the Best Quality Water Block that i can get, and should i use a peltier and where would it go

like a pump/reservoir/pipes combo... or any other good ideas.
i am new to Water Cooling... would i be able to use a T junction connected to the fill port at the top as a
reservoir.
