So - as you all pretty much already know I'm going for a P45 Asus Motherboars (either Maximus II Formula or P5Q-Deluxe - still debating seeing as they are pretty much the same price).
Anyways - going with one of those and a 4870 video and Q9550 CPU - pretty much set.

Last part - and really important - memory/RAM - I need to ensure I get compatible memory (don't want to get caught) - currently my 3 top choices are:
OCZ Reaper HPC 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2RPR10664GK - Retail - @$133
OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2P10664GK - Retail - @$110
CORSAIR DOMINATOR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWIN2X4096-8500C5D - Retail - @ $139 (no fan)

I've got no clue ...which is best? And are these really the top 3 choices for either of those 2 motherboards (hopefully they are quasi-similar when it comes to RAM).
What do you guys recommend? I know I only need DDR2-800 (as a bare minimum) but want to get at least DDR-1066 (for my own mental well-being).

Need help finding out which route I should take - which work and which dont...
Hopefully some of you guys have some experience with these boards and RAM - or have something better to recommend?

Thanks,

Listen to Maziar, 1066 will do nothing for you. I have the Maximus II and the E6750 can do 458 FSb using Patriot Viper DDR2 800 they have no problems running at 916... Well I dropped the timmings from 4-4-4-12 to 5-5-5-12 at specified voltage.
