Print spooler service not running

From the start menu, go to Run.
Type "services.msc" and hit enter.
Scroll down the Services window and find "Print Spooler". Double click that.
In the center of the "Print Spooler Properties" window you'll find "Startup Type".
Set that to "Automatic" and hit apply at the bottom.
Then click the "Start" button under Service Status and click OK to close the window.

This will enable Print spooler and should allow you to continue with the installation.
