Is the ATI AVIVO better than the nvidia Purevideo?

Can anyone give me some more information or some comparison images/videos?

I heard avivo is better, but is it true? Is it THAT much better?

If so, I think it would be a really good idea to go ati as it has the hdmi audio 7.1, and Avivo, and it is a really good price
